Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

1. Services

New Mining Hosting (operated by NMC Group LLC, a US limited liability company) provides ASIC hardware colocation services at facilities in North Dakota and Minnesota. Specific service terms, rates, and SLAs are defined in individual Hosting Services Agreements.

2. Eligibility

Services are available to businesses and individuals who can legally enter into binding contracts under applicable law. By contacting us for service, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Payment and Rates

Power and hosting rates are stated in the individual Hosting Services Agreement. The rate floor of $0.062/kWh referenced on this website is the minimum base rate and is subject to final agreement terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

NMC Group LLC liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding the fees paid in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost mining revenue due to events outside our reasonable control.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under AAA rules.
